This is by far one of the best RE modeling tutorials and best organized model I've seen. Key metrics up front with all the complexity under the hood. I say this as someone in the industry for a decade, learned my modeling at NYU RE finance classes, which was great, but your video really broke down all the concepts to their core and answered so many of the dumb questions I've had through the years.
