As such, we take an active approach when giving back to the community. Currently, we focus on two initiatives:
Surf For Impact
Alkaline Advisors launched “Surf for Impact,” an annual philanthropic surf competition bringing together Southern California’s CRE community.
Established in 2024, Surf for Impact’s efforts have raised over $100,000 for Challenged Athletes Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit empowering individuals with physical disabilities.
CRE Education
Alkaline is developing resources in an effort to help young professionals better prepare for a successful career in CRE finance.
In addition to mentorship, we have created a repository of free educational resources including video tutorials, excel workbooks, glossaries and articles.
